A living treat as you meet your maker

A "LIVING" exhibition of craftspeople will take place in the National Museum of Scotland.

Leading exponents will be in the museum for an exhibition of their work and practices entitled Meet Your Maker, from January 29 to March 14.

The show will offer visitors the chance to see the artists at work.

Rose Watban, Senior Curator of Applied Art and Design at National Museums Scotland, said: "Visitors to Meet Your Maker will be able to see some of the best makers at work as they demonstrate the skills that make Scotland such a hotbed of craft-making talent."

Amongst the nine craftspeople on show is Edinburgh based ceramic artist Fran Priest.

Admission is free and there is an opportunity to purchase work.
