12 men arrested following Celtic v Linfield clash

Police have arrested 12 men following a police probe after the clash between Celtic and Linfield at Celtic Park.

Following a police investigation into banners and material displayed at the Celtic v Linfield football fixture on Wednesday 19 July 2017, 12 men aged between 18 and 49 have been arrested and will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.

Police have confirmed that all men were released and iare set to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on an undertaking on August 24 and September 1.

Celtic were hit with three UEFA charged following a display in the clash.
