From the Scottish Borders Railway to the Far North Line, there are a multidude of options where there is no need to hike to enjoy some of the country’s best views – just sit past and watch the landscape roll past.
If all goes to plan we’ll be able to enjoy railway journeys again, subject to Scottish Government rules, from Monday, April 26.
Here are a few of the sights you’ll be able to buy a ticket to ride for.
1. Loch Etive
