The lowest temperature predicted for Heraklion is 15C. The rest of the weekend will bring rain to the city, on both Friday and Saturday, but Sunday is set to be drier.

A variety of cities across Scotland are going to be enjoying much better weather on Thursday.

Glasgow

On Thursday, Glasgow is scheduled for fairly cloudy weather that will last all day long.

Glasgow residents will enjoy high temperatures of 21C, which should reach its peak at around 4pm, which will make it hotter than Greece.

The lowest expected temperature on Thursday is 13C. Similar temperatures will be reached over the weekend as well, with highs of 22C on Friday, 21C on Saturday and 20C on Sunday.

Edinburgh

Edinburgh is set to have just as cloudy a day as Glasgow.

The temperature in Scotland’s capital won’t quite reach the heights of Glasgow and Heraklion, with the cooler temperature of 19C predicted, making it only one degree colder than Greece.

The city should reach its peak temperature at around 4pm, with the day ending on 14C.

Friday will reach the slightly higher temperature of 20C, whereas both Saturday and Sunday will be cooler, at 17C.

Stirling will also beat Greece’s temperatures on Thursday, with highs of 21C, but will also experience lower temperatures as well, with lows of 10C.

The highest temperature should start to peak around 4pm, but will last until 7pm before it starts to get cooler again.

The weekend will see similar temperatures in Stirling, with Friday reaching 21C. Saturday will reach 20C and Sunday will be slightly cooler, with high temperatures of 19C.

Falkirk

Falkirk residents will also enjoy high temperatures on Thursday 28 May, but things will be equally as cloudy as across the rest of Scotland.

There will be a less than five per cent chance of precipitation all day, though, so it’s unlikely to rain.

The highest temperatures will begin to creep up around 1pm, peaking at 4pm, and lasting until 7pm before ending the day on a cooler note of 16C.

The rest of the weekend will see high temperatures of 22C on Friday, 20C on Saturday and 19C on Sunday.
