Who would be your ideal weekend companion?

My boyfriend, Mike.

Where would you take him in Edinburgh?

We’re both keen runners so I would take him on a long run around Edinburgh, as it has such beautiful scenery.

Where would you go for breakfast, lunch and dinner and why?

Breakfast would have to be Leo’s Beanery in Stockbridge, we love the really chilled atmosphere, friendly service, and amazing coffee. For lunch we’d go to Cucina, as Mike can’t visit without sampling the pork ragu. For dinner we would go to The Kitchin, as the food and service is always outstanding.

What item could you not be without and why? 

My colourful Missoni blanket - it adds so much life to my living room and is perfect for evenings in front of the fire. 


How would you finish your perfect weekend?

Sunday lunch with my Scandinavian friends - starting early and finishing late!
