Livingston-based developer Dundas Estates is anticipating significant interest in the properties after the three other blocks of flats on the site sold out in a matter of weeks.
“This release represents the very last chance for buyers to acquire an apartment property at our award-winning development,” said on-site sales manager Gail Grant.
“We anticipate there to be great interest in these apartments following the success of the previous two blocks.
“Young potential buyers and those downsizing have shown interest in what are fantastic flats in an exciting development.”
She also highlighted some of the government support schemes available to help house-hunters realise their property dreams.
These include Help to Buy and the First Housing Fund.
Calderwood Village is conveniently located for commuting to Glasgow and the Central Belt, with a bus stop outside the development, Whifflet railway station less than a mile away and links to the M8, M73 and M74 motorways. Dundas Estates also plans to create a new cycle path from the development to Whifflet Park.
