It lies to the east of the historic town of Dunfermline and many of the homes have coastal views of the Firth of Forth.

Within easy reach of the centre of Dunfermline and only 15 miles from Edinburgh the location is well served by both road and rail connections and is an attractive base for commuters.

The range of properties on offer is wide, with the site appealing to everyone from first-time buyers to growing families or those looking for a prestige downsize.

Over the next three years, homes taking shape at Annfields will include a choice of one and two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroomed houses either in a terrace or semi detached form, and three, four and five-bedroomed detached family homes.

There are good local amenities. For families with children, Dunfermline offers a choice of well-regarded primary and secondary schools, with Masterton Primary within easy walking distance of the development.

The homes have been selling well, with 18 sold off plan and a further 15 reserved, but buyers can now get a tangible impression of two house types in the Morton and Dewar showhomes.

The Morton is a four-bedroom, detached property with a large lounge, a second ground floor public room and spacious bedrooms, offering enough living space for a larger family.

The Dewar is a three-bedroomed detached property with generous dimensions and a spacious kitchen and dining area, perfect as a starter home or for a growing family.

Ninety-two homes are being built in this phase and of those available to reserve at the moment, there is a four-bedroomed Matheson house type priced at £236,000 and a larger five-bedroomed Sanderson at £327,000.

Each home at Annfields will offer a range of finishes so buyers can personalise their home – the fun part of buying a brand new house – without the worry of hidden extra costs.
