Food news: Mark serves up a second helping

A RESTAURANT which closed in November is to be reopened at a new location next week.

Restaurant Mark Greenaway, which was based in Picardy Place, is moving into new premises in North Castle Street and will open on Friday. Mr Greenaway said: “Despite the new location, my menus and cooking style will remain the same.”

• THE Scotsman Hotel has revealed its Burns’ night menu, as designed by executive chef Paul Hart.

Tables can be booked now for the big night on January 25, with sittings available between 5.30 and 9.30pm.

Traditional favourites take pride of the place on the menu, and Paul is also offering a wide variety of whisky, including some very rare malts.
