Video Food Blog: Great Glen Charcuterie

MAJOR events such as the Commonwealth Games, the Homecoming celebrations and the Ryder Cup have gone a long way to showcasing some of the best of Scotland’s food and drink to the world.

In this video blog we find out more about artisan producer Great Glen Charcuterie, who worked with Ochil Foods to supply tasty treats to visitors at The Ryder Cup.

Run by husband and wife team Anja and Jan Jacob, all of Great Glen Charcuterie’s products are produced by hand and air dried, because they are passionate about preserving as much of the unique and unrivalled flavour of wild venison as possible.
