Restaurant Review: Kinellan Restaurant, Ellersly House Hotel, Murrayfield,

THE royal blue furnishings in the Kinellan Restaurant are in keeping with the royalty which head chef, James McQuade has cooked for over his culinary career of 30 years.

His royal line-up includes the Queen, Prince Phillip and Princess Anne, while on the celebrity front, James has served up his tasty feasts for the likes of Billy Connolly, Ronnie Corbett and Bruce Forsyth.

Diners at the Kinellan, part of the Ellersly House Hotel in Murrayfield, can expect freshly prepared, Scottish cuisine adapted in line with whatever seasonal produce is available.
