Forum is food for thought

FOOD specialists will come together at an event to discuss the future of Scotland’s food.

The Nourish Conference, which will take place at Queen Margaret University today, will cover a range of topics, from how to improve hospital food to balancing food production.

Isobel Davidson, professor of dietetics, nutrition and biological sciences at the university, said: “We are looking forward to the interesting range of guest speakers, and networking with local food businesses.”
