1. Prestonfield House, Edinburgh
Broadcaster and The Scotsman food columnist, Stephen Jardine, visited the private dining space that is the Tea House, at five-star Prestonfield House, Edinburgh. (It's an outdoor space, with a canopy, so you can have a drinkie).
"It was a vivid reminder of what we've all been missing and the good times that hopefully lie ahead," he said on Instagram (@swjardine).

2. Contini George Street, Edinburgh
Jennifer Robertson, founding partner of creative communications company, Spey, visited Contini George Street, Edinburgh, with her family. She took a picture of her contadino with orecchiette, piccante sausage, cremini mushrooms, dried porcini, fresh cream, rocket and parmigiana. "It was great to be back in such a family-friendly place. Victor and Carina are the perfect hosts", she says.

4. Dishoom, Edinburgh
Victoria Cameron of the Spoonful of Sugar blog visited Dishoom for one of their famous bacon naans. "Today, as I walked back in, it felt like I was being greeted by family I hadn't seen in months", she said on Instagram (@spoonfulsugar)
