Cocktail recipe: Barra Mojito
Ahead of International Mojito Day on 11th July, here's a recipe for the Isle of Barra Distillers Island Dark Rum Mojito Cocktail.
Ingredients
- 60ml Island Dark Rum
- 20ml Sugar syrup (seaweed infused syrup adds an additional layer of depth to the drink)
- 30ml Lime juice
- 50ml Soda water

Method
Add mint sprigs to the base of a highball glass.
Pour the ingredients into a glass.
Add crushed ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
