Whatever it is, this prize will see 8 of you enjoying the cooking and company of two of the UK’s best known and best-loved culinary personalities – Nick Nairn, resident chef for the BIG dinner, and Paul Rankin. Nick and Paul are both household names (and faces) having appeared on programmes as diverse as Ready Steady Cook and the Great British Menu and entertained us with their Big Food Trip round Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Fresh from filming their latest trip to the USA, Nick and Paul will entertain you, on a date after 1 September 2015 to be mutually agreed, at the Nick Nairn Cook School of your choice – either in Aberdeen or at Port of Menteith near Stirling. You and your guests will watch the guys themselves prepare a fabulous meal for you, and Nick and Paul will then join you to enjoy the meal they have cooked (paired with fantastic wines) and share with you tales of their travels and some of their kitchen secrets.
