Dragon boat pirates raid Leith harbour

MORE than a dozen pirates give it their all in Leith’s first ever Dragon Boat Race.

The skull and crossbones team, actually employees from Tesco Banking Marketing, raced as the “Crewsaders” at the dragon boat competition in Western Harbour.

The race challenge was organised by the Rotary Club of Leith, with money raised going to charity.

Principal organiser Cron Mackay said the event raised vital funds for good causes.
