PURE AND SIMPLE

We love the aroma of this air purifying spray which came in handy at Spectrum Towers the other week when someone incinerated their lunch in the microwave, leaving the stench of burnt plastic permeating our erstwhile perfumed halls. A few spritzes of this baby – infused as it is with 19 essential oils – returned us to spa-like normality. Phew.

SILKY SMOOTH

it’s good to use an oil-based facial cleanser to prevent skin from drying out. The Nourishing Omega-Rich Cleansing Oil is gentle, but effective at removing make-up when applied to dry skin. Rinse off with warm water and you’re left with a silky residue thanks to ingredients including chia and pomegranate.

WELL GEL

Soothe winter skin with a moisturising shower gel from Green People. There are four fragrances to choose from, but we recommend the Daily Aloe Shower Gel. This product foams up nicely, and a little goes a long way, with the makers stating that 200ml equals 600-800ml of most shower gels.

FRUITY FLAVOUR

We like our hand creams rich at this time of year and have taken a liking to a Crabtree & Evelyn one containing a fruity little number that we’re more used to seeing Instagrammed on toast. But the avocado is versatile and we’re happily spreading this on our digits rather than having it for breakfast.
