£4000 raised for Sick Kids

FUNDRAISING workers have donated £4000 to Edinburgh’s Sick Kids Friends Foundation.

Close Motor Finance raised the funds at a dinner to mark the tenth anniversary of its Scottish branch, in Livingston.

A total of 140 generous staff attended the function and took part in a charity auction.

Items auctioned included a golf day at Royal Troon, champagne and signed football shirts.

Scottish branch manager Phil Wilson said: “The Sick Kids Friends Foundation is a cause close to all of our hearts.”
