Jason Leitch shares behind the scenes photo after filming for new coronavirus adverts

The public health adverts had to be updated after the resignation of Dr Calderwood

National Clinical Director Professor Jason Leitch has shared a picture of the new public health adverts which he will be featuring in.

The new adverts were commissioned after Dr Calderwood, the Chief Medical Officer who appeared in the previous adverts, resigned after it emerged that she had broken lockdown guidance twice by visiting her second home in Fife.

The adverts will appear on television and stress the importance of social distancing and remaining at home to help stem the spread of coronavirus.
