Scotland's Tier System: this is an updated list of which coronavirus tier your area is in

New restrictions for residents across Scotland have been announced by First Minister Nicola Sturgeon this afternoon.

Two council areas will move down from level three to level two from the beginning of next week, however 11 local authorities will from 6pm on Friday ‘for a strictly limited period’ move from level three to level four.

Ms Sturgeon announced that all changes being made are in the hope that restrictions can be eased before the Christmas period.

Here is an updated list of the NHS Health Boards across Scotland and information about the different levels each local council will be put under from Friday.
