Nicola Sturgeon: 40 new Covid-19 deaths brings toll in Scotland to 1,515
40 more people have died in Scotland after testing positive for Covid-19, bringing the death toll in Scotland by this measure to 1,515, according to First Minister Nicola Sturgeon.
At her daily press briefing today, Ms Sturgeon also confirmed that 11,654 people had now tested positive for the virus - an increase of 301.

Hide AdShe said 1,809 of those were receiving treatment in hospital – a increase of 61.
110 people are in intensive care across Scotland – one more than in the figure 24 hours ago.
