'NHS Louisa Jordan' - Glasgow SEC temporary hospital named
The Scottish Government have named the make-shift hospital at the Glasgow SEC "NHS Louisa Jordan", in honour of the Glasgow-born nurse who died serving in Serbia during the first world war.
Jordan (1878-1915) worked in extreme conditions to tend to the sick and wounded in the Serbian city of Kraguievac, before succumbing to typhus in March 1915.

Plea to hold onto charity shop items - SocialBite
Scottsh homelessness social enterprise SocialBite has urged the public not to leave donations outside charity shops while they are on lockdown.
Charity shops were ordered to close along with other "non-essential" businesses when the lockdown began.
Trading Standards Scotland warns against buying fake testing kits and cures
The consumer protection watchdog told the public to be wary of crooks trying to take advantage of anxieties caused by the Covid-19 outbreak.
"There are currently NO approved testing kits #COVID19," it posted on Twitter. "Any testing kits or cures advertised are FAKE and potentially dangerous."

Will PPE be given to everyone who needs it?
Scottish Conservative leader, Jackson Carlaw, asked the First Minister whether she could be confident that everyone in the public sector - including prison officers, GPs, nurses, and social carers - will have access to personal protective equipment.
Sturgeon said stocks of PPE were "healthy", but that there was no room for complacency. On distribution, she admitted that the Scottish Government "hadn't done as well as we would have liked", and said she couldn't guarantee that there would be no issues in future.
She insisted that everyone across the public sector who needs PPE will get it.
41,000 Scots volunteer to help coronavirus response
Nicola Sturgeon said more than 40,000 people have signed up to help the NHS, saying it demonstrated the "solidarity and sense of community" in Scotland.
She said anyone who wants to volunteer and can safely do so, can still sign up.
