Cornavirus in Scotland: 6 more Covid-19 deaths takes total to 2,415
A total of 15,603 people have now tested positive for coronavirus in Scotland, an increase of 21 from yesterday.
A further six people who tested positive have died, taking the total to 2,415 deaths in Scotland by that measure.

Hide AdIn the daily publication of Covid-19 figures, the Scottish Government also announced 1,019 patients are in hospital with a suspected or confirmed case (up 24 in a day), with 16 (down by seven) being treated in intensive care.
3,795 people have been discharged from hospital after receiving treatment for the virus since 5 March.
Care Homes
The number of suspected cases of Covid-19 in Scotland's care homes has increased by 65 in 24 hours to a total of 6,235.
There are now 406 (38 per cent) adult care homes with a current case of suspected COVID-19. This means at least one resident in the care home has exhibited symptoms during the last 14 days

Hide AdFurthermore there are 677 (63 per cent) adult care homes in Scotland which have lodged at least one notification for suspected COVID-19 to the Care Inspectorate since the start of the epidemic. 513 of these care homes have reported more than one case of suspected COVID-19 .
