Analysis: As lockdown eases can Scots' judgement be trusted?

Lockdown is unlocked… for now, for some. However with the door to freedom opening a crack for those not in the shielding category, there are many ifs and buts still to be contemplated by the government.

If people can stick to the myriad new rules and guidelines this new phase of living in the time of coronavirus might well be able to continue to the next. If people can keep their heads... if they can listen to their instincts and not act upon them... then Scotland could be on its way back to some kind of normality. But if not... well we could be back where we started.
