Coronavirus in Scotland: 32 new cases confirmed bringing total to 153

A further 32 cases have been confirmed in Scotland bringing the total to 153.

The latest figures cover the new cases confirmed in the last 24 hours according to the Scottish Government.

Greater Glasgow and Clyde is currently the most affected region in Scotland with 39 confirmed cases – Lothian is the second worst hit region of the country with 28 positive cases

The Highlands which had its first case confirmed yesterday, now has two people infected while other regions have seen an increase.

A total of 4,240 Scottish tests have concluded and of these 4,087 tests were confirmed negative and 153 tests were positive.
