Big festive fun from fundraiser

CANCER-HIT children were treated to fun-filled outings this December courtesy of money raised at the Edinburgh Caledonian Hilton.

The hotel collected £1,366 and donated the cash to Children with Cancer and Leukaemia, Advice and Support for Parents (CCLASP) for parties, a theatre visit and a Santa’s grotto.

Valerie Simpson, founder of CCLASP, said: “It was delightful to see so much joy in the children’s faces, and we’re very grateful to the team at the hotel for their efforts.”
