Pick up a homemade treat from this decommissioned phone box in Argyll thanks to local bakers, Holly Ford and Bron Campbell.

Friends Holly Ford and Bron Campbell decided to use their talents for baking and spread a little sweetness to Cladich and beyond by opening their shop Cakes in the Call Box last year.

Holly and Bron gave the phone box some much needed TLC with a lick of paint, installed shelves and added some decorations.

Every day they bring a selection of homemade cakes and tray bakes to sell to locals and passersby who can leave a donation in the honesty box in the phone box.

This award winning family run bakery has three other outlets in Edinburgh, and is a popular spot for afternoon tea.

Serving up a selection of homemade cakes, it’s also a good lunch spot especially if you can grab an outside table on a warm day.

The skilled bakery team is led by Mimi’s daughter and Head Baker, Gemma Clearie who works hard to create a mix of traditional classics and creative inventions.
