Students' fury at 'censorship'

STUDENTS at the Edinburgh College of Art have claimed exhibits for an upcoming show have been censored - because Prince Charles is due to attend.

They are said to be seething that senior art school staff told them not to display anything political or controversial and stick to "nice traditional art".

The Prince of Wales and Camilla will attend the show on Tuesday as part of the college's centenary celebrations.

Michael Wood, ECA secretary, denied anything had been censored ahead of Tuesday's visit.
