Shoe-in for Belarus gifts

GENEROUS students at West Lothian College have created special shoebox gift packs to send to needy children in Belarus.

More than 100 have been filled with treats as part of the Samaritan’s Purse Christmas Shoebox appeal.

Lecturer Carolyn Bloom said: “We’re now really looking forward to January, when a representative from the charity plans to visit West Lothian College with pictures of the children receiving the presents.”
