Scots school bans hats and hoodies

HATS and hoodies have been banned by a Scottish school over safety fears.

Pupils at Balwearie High School in Fife were told in a school bulletin students they are no longer be permitted to wear hats or hooded tops within the school grounds for safety reasons.
