School praised for UN event

A CITY school has been praised at Holyrood for hosting a model United Nations conference.

George Watson's College welcomed almost 500 delegates from all over the UK, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Greece and Iran for Scotland's only model UN conference for schools.

Robin Harper MSP lodged a motion in the Scottish Parliament congratulating the school.
