Puppets take to the stage

CHILDREN in Midlothian are in for a treat with some classic fairy tale characters on their way to Penicuik Town Hall for a double bill of colourful puppet shows.

Red Riding Hood's Magic Purse is the main attraction on 2 April, while the second show on 23 April features Jack and the Beanstalk and the Three Billy Goats Gruff.

The shows will be presented by the Clydebuilt Puppet Theatre.
