Parents launch fight against school 'cap'

PARENTS with children at Roseburn Primary are set to give a deputation to councillors over plans to "cap" the school's primary one intake.

Around seven sets of parents have been told that they cannot get their children into the school, which is not within their catchment area.

Parents are angry because they say the school has previously accommodated two primary one classes, but will only run one this year.
