Natasha Paton: Friends pay tribute to 'fun-loving' teenager

FRIENDS last night paid tribute to 17-year-old Natasha Paton, describing her as a typical teenager who loved music, films and being with her friends.

Natasha, from Cleghorn, Lanarkshire, was a popular sixth-year pupil at Lanark Grammar School.

The teenager was a keen supporter of Chelsea FC and a fan of hit shows such as Skins, Hollyoaks and Glee.

Natasha's Bebo website tells how she loved nothing better than "going out with ma friends – love them".

She adds: "Love going to the cinema to see all the new films out. Also love bowling. Partying is always good."

The site is covered in posters of her favourite Skins character, Freddie.

The site also shows pictures of Natasha on a previous trip to Alton Towers, and tells of her hopes to pass her exams and gain a place on a college course.

School-friend Emma Sommerville, 18, said: "She really was one of a kind.

"She was so popular, caring and fun-loving. I can't believe she is gone.

"My heart goes out to her family. She will be well missed."
