Minister lined up for intranet chat with Scots pupils

PUPILS in Edinburgh and across the rest of Scotland were due to put live questions to the education secretary through the Scottish schools intranet.

Michael Russell was set to take part in a live Glow session today about Mary, Queen of Scots from the National Archives of Scotland on Princes Street.

In collaboration with Historic Scotland, Learning and Teaching Scotland arranged for "Mary" herself to be on hand to talk the pupils through her last day in Scotland before fleeing to England.
