Lib Dem joins tuition fee battle

LIB Dem parliamentary candidate Mike Crockart has signed a pledge to Edinburgh students ahead of the forthcoming general election that he will vote against any increase in tuition fees in England.

Edinburgh University graduate Mr Crockart signed the pledge as part of a National Union of Students' campaign.
