Ian Murray makes school pledge

NEWLY-elected Labour MP Ian Murray has vowed to "work tirelessly" for Capital education.

Mr Murray, MP for Edinburgh South, made his promise after accusing the Lib Dem-led council of making no progress to secure NHS land for a new school for South Morningside.

"I'll work tirelessly to ensure schools are not forgotten," he said.
