Vocational education:Hospitality courses at Metropolitan College plus Skills for Work courses includingConstruction Crafts, Early Education and Childcare, Hairdressing, and Sport and Recreation. Several pupils also attend a weekly course at an FE college to gain a City and Guild (Entry Level 3) award in Auto Engineering. All S4 pupils do a week's work experience and spend time looking at Personal Qualities, Interview Skills and Writing CVs.

Pupils are encouraged to exercise personal responsibility, always give their best and persevere when times are hard.
