15 flats sold to university

STUDENT flats in the Capital have been sold for an undisclosed sum to Edinburgh University.

The sale means Edinburgh University now owns 15 flats at Causewayside and Blackwood Crescent that it previously leased.

The properties will provide accommodation for 71 first year postgraduate students.

The deal was structured by Ryden on behalf of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
