£1m research

Researchers in Scotland have secured nearly £1 million to learn more about the immune systems of livestock and develop sheep and cattle vaccines.

Scientists from Moredun Research Institute near Edinburgh will work with the nearby Roslin Institute and industrial partner AbD Serotec on a number of diseases such as Johnes and Chlamidophila abortus.
