Hide AdMarcus Pickering, who set up the firm with Matthew Gammell, said it has now secured export deals in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
He added: “We’re looking at turnover of just under £1 million this year, which would be more than double our first year.”
Pickering said the firm, which expanded twice within its first year and added more bottling space on the site of Edinburgh’s former Royal Dick Vet School, is also looking to boost its five-strong head count to cope with demand.
