Highlands seafood supplier leaps into London market
Expansion into the lucrative London market and the growth of online ordering has enabled Highlands fish and seafood supplier Coast and Glen to net significant growth.
The firm’s success has been aided by a financing facility from HSBC which has helped founder Magnus Houston to establish a foothold in the London market.
Its customers include Gordon Ramsay’s eponymous Michelin-starred restaurant.
