Food certification firm moves to new offices

Acoura, which has a client list that includes pubs giant JD Wetherspoon, Quality Meat Scotland and Marine Harvest, has signed a seven-year lease with landlord Prudential for almost 5,000 square feet of accommodation at the city’s South Gyle business park.
The deal has been agreed at an undisclosed rental price, but is said to have capitalised on “competitive lease terms in the area”.

Property firm JLL acted on behalf of the company while Prudential Assurance was represented by Savills and CBRE.
Craig Watson, director for JLL in Scotland, said: “The dynamic for letting activity in west Edinburgh remains strong.”
