Warner Bros closing in on Shed Media

Entertainment group Warner Bros moved a step closer to buying Supernanny and Who Do You Think You Are? producer Shed Media yesterday after a court approved the details of the takeover.

The deal is on course for 13 October, when shares in Shed - founded by Scots-born Eileen Gallagher - are due to be delisted from the stock exchange. Shed recently booked a double-digit hike in profits.
