Sykes Global Services posts 4 per cent turnover fall

SYKES Global Services, the Galashiels-based outsourcing specialist, posted a 4 per cent fall in turnover to £23.8 million in the year to 31 December as the global downturn took its toll.

Accounts filed at Companies House revealed that operating profits fell by 36 per cent to 2.6m, hit by a 154,000 loss on foreign currency exchanges.
