STV chief’s pay: Woodward pockets a 10% rise
Together with his £380,000 salary, benefits and pension, his package rose to £661,000 from £601,000 in 2013. Woodward’s bonus represented 46 per cent of the maximum bonus payable and was up from £129,000 in 2013.
Finance director George Watt received a £106,000 bonus on top of his £214,000 salary for a total package of £379,000, up from £346,000.

Commissions won during the year included Catchphrase for ITV, The Link and Antiques Road Trip for BBC One, and Celebrity Antiques Road Trip for BBC Two.
• Devro, the Moodiesburn maker of sausage skins, said chief executive Peter Page’s total pay package fell to £498,000 last year, from £551,000 in 2013, a year that saw him receive £56,000 in long-term incentives.
