Stewart Milne wins case for £40m site

Stewart Milne Developments yesterday said it had been given the green light for a £40 million office block in Aberdeen.

The firm said its Triple Kirks project would make 72,600sq ft of grade-A office space available in the Granite City, bringing a site that had been “derelict for four decades” back into use.

Malcolm Deans, managing director of Stewart Milne Developments, said: “As the most prominent grade-A space that Aberdeen has ever seen, Triple Kirks is quite literally the best building on offer in the city for potential occupiers. We are confident we will secure a high-profile pre-let.”
