Staff on net 'irresponsible'

MORE than two-thirds of IT experts believe UK workers are failing to behave responsibly online, a survey has found.

Researchers at internet security firm Sophos discovered 79 per cent of IT professionals think employees are putting their companies at risk by not acting safely online.

As cybercrime increases, Sophos listed "seven deadly sins" committed by workers, including opening unsolicited e-mails or attachments.
