Shore of success with Scots arm

STOCKBROKER Shore Capital Group is to open its first Scottish branch in Edinburgh.

Shore has signed a five-year lease on a 1,329sq ft first-floor suite at 3-5 Melville Street.

An Edinburgh-based team from Landsbanki Securities has already been hired to "spearhead" the opening of the office.

The property deal was brokered by DTZ, while Colliers CRE advised Shore Capital. Law firm Eversheds last year signed a lease on offices in the building.
