Security fears ‘lead to a closed shop’

The study from the University of Buckingham and PCG, a professional association representing freelancers, claims there is a “closed shop mentality” around recruitment to roles requiring clearance. PCG is calling for proper enforcement of regulations to ensure a level playing field.
