SeaEnergy wins $1m imaging deal in Mexico

Offshore services group SeaEnergy has won a $1 million (£589,000) contract to provide its imaging technology to Mexico’s national oil company.

The Aberdeen-based firm said its Return To Scene subsidiary, which specialises in 360-degree photography of oil and gas assets, will work with Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) following an international tender process.

Business development director Bob Donnelly said: “We are at a key stage in the development of the SeaEnergy group and this is a very exciting time for us as we continue to grow our international presence.

“We are delighted that the benefits of our technology and the efficiencies it allows for end users have been recognised by Pemex.”
